Many times we know we want to make a shift in our lives, but figuring out what steps to take and successfully following through on those steps can feel overwhelming, keeping us stuck in place.  Sometimes we are unclear about what we actually want and need guidance through the self-discovery process.  Having someone to walk besides you, keep you accountable and encourage you along the journey can make all the difference in the world! 


Coaching can be done in person or over the phone/Skype


As a coach I will help you: 

  1. Identify the areas you would like to change.
  2. Guide you through the process of creating manageable short- and long-term goals and action steps. 
  3. Help you identify limiting beliefs and push through fears that are preventing you from making the changes you desire.
  4. Offer you guidance and support.
  5. Challenge you and hold you accountable during the process. 

There are a number of areas to focus on
and some could include:

  • Enhancing satisfaction in your current job, identifying a career path or shifting into a new career path
  • Returning to school and/or increasing education
  • Improving physical health
  • Getting more organized
  • Getting out of your comfort zone and increasing self-esteem
  • Finding love and/or companionship, building community
  • Finding more fulfillment in your existing relationships
