I began my career when I received my Masters in Social Work at The University of Southern California. With 15 years of professional experience working in the mental health and non-profit sector, I have had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life both as a clinician, coach and supervisor. I have served families, adults and adolescents motivated to address personal challenges, resolve conflict and enhance their drive to make positive lasting change.
My professional training is rooted in evidenced-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I would be thrilled to help you on your journey towards living a life that is in alignment with what you truly want.
